Homeless Services
H.O.P.E
The Homeless Outreach Partnership Effort is an outreach team to serve the homeless living on the streets, in abandoned buildings and in camps. The team will come alongside homeless individuals to understand their needs and link them to ongoing services that will empower them to obtain and maintain stability in the community. The program is funded through a partnership between the Homeless Services Network of Central Florida, The Healthcare Center for the Homeless, The Central Florida Commission to End Homelessness and Seminole County Government.

P.A.T.H.
The Projects for Assistance in Transition from Homelessness program is designed to help persons who are homeless or at risk of homelessness with mental health and/or substance abuse disorder obtain services that will help them to achieve stability in the community.
